We ship gym gear Australia-wide and dispatch fast. Here is exactly how it works, including freight on the big stuff.
Dispatch & processing
Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs & freight
Smaller items ship by parcel courier (Australia Post, Direct Freight and similar carriers). Large or heavy items, like racks, benches and plate sets, ship by freight, with the cost calculated by your postcode at checkout. You only ever pay the real cost to your door.

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and can vary during peak periods or for remote areas.
Freight & kerbside delivery
Large items are delivered kerbside by a freight carrier. The driver brings your order to your property but cannot carry it inside or upstairs, so please have a hand ready for the heavy pieces.
- You will be contacted to arrange a delivery window for freight items.
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be present to receive freight.
- Check your goods on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment. For pickup orders we will let you know by email, call or SMS when your order is ready. You are welcome to get in touch any time to check your pickup status.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. You can also track from your account once you are signed in.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us before it is dispatched and we will sort it out. If your order has already left our warehouse, you can still return it under our returns policy — return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost, and the original shipping is non-refundable.

How much is freight on a large item?
It depends on your postcode and is calculated at checkout. You will see the exact freight amount before you pay.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Parcel items, yes. Freight items, no — we need a physical address for kerbside freight delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, local pickup is available by appointment. We will email you when it is ready.
