A single natural-rubber latex resistance strip selected from ten variants: 150cm or 200cm long, each 15cm wide, with resistance ratings from 5lb to 25lb. Colour and thickness identify the chosen resistance.
- Both length families offer red 5lb, yellow 10lb, blue 15lb, green 20lb and grey 25lb options.
- This is an open strip rather than a closed loop band.
