The Olympic Training Barbell is an 8kg, 183cm bar with a pink oxide shaft, chrome 50mm Olympic sleeves and a 90kg loading limit.
- Its 8kg product mass makes it a lighter training-bar option than a 20kg Olympic bar.
- Brass bushings support rotation at the sleeves.
- It accepts only plates with a 50mm Olympic centre hole; standard plates are incompatible.
