The Mens Bar 7ft Olympic Bumper Barbell is a 20kg, 220cm bar with 50mm rotating sleeves and a rated maximum load of 1500lb.
- The 50mm sleeves are made for Olympic bumper plates and other Olympic-bore plates.
- Its rotating sleeve design allows the plates to turn relative to the shaft during a lift.
- A pair of Olympic spring collars is supplied; standard-bore plates are not compatible.
