The Olympic Curl Bar is an 8kg, 122cm solid-steel EZY bar with chrome finish, 50mm rotating sleeves and a 300lb load limit.
- Its curved shaft provides multiple hand angles for curls, extensions, rows and other upper-body movements.
- There is 80cm between the plate stops.
- The sleeves fit 50mm Olympic plates only, and a pair of matching spring collars is included.
