The Joinfit Barbell Squat Pad is a 40cm nylon-covered poly-foam pad with a 30mm inner opening, available in red or black.
- The 11cm outside diameter provides the padded profile around the bar shaft.
- It is intended to sit on the shaft of standard or Olympic straight barbells; it does not fit over a 50mm Olympic plate sleeve.
- The pad can be positioned for squats, hip thrusts and lunges where the bar contacts the body.
