A waist-worn agility belt connected to a non-stretch nylon resistance cord with a rubber-padded partner handle. The belt format allows the athlete to turn through forward and lateral resisted drills.
- A coach or partner holds the padded handle while the athlete works against the cord.
- The cord is non-stretch, so resistance comes from the partner rather than elastic extension.
