The Standard Tricep Bar with Spring Collars is a 7kg, 86cm specialty bar with 28mm rotating ends for 29mm standard plates.
- Parallel handles provide a neutral hand position for extensions, hammer curls and close-grip pressing.
- Each loading shaft is specified at 16cm long.
- Standard spring collars are included; 50mm Olympic plates do not fit the 28mm ends directly.
