The Suspension Trainer is an adjustable nylon-webbing bodyweight strap system with foam-covered handles, foot loops, an anchor strap, a door anchor and a mesh bag.
- Its main straps adjust from 110cm to 145cm between the D-clip and foot-loop end.
- The 95cm anchor strap terminates in snap-lock hook ends for attachment to a suitable support.
- A door anchor allows an alternative setup when used with an appropriate door and frame.
- The mesh bag is included for carrying or storing the strap components.
