The 6 Foot Olympic Barbell is a 180cm, 16kg solid-steel bar with chrome finish, 50mm rotating sleeves and a 500lb maximum load.
- Its 114cm distance between plate stops should be checked against the intended rack width.
- The rotating sleeves accept plates with a 50mm Olympic bore.
- A pair of Olympic spring collars is supplied to retain loaded plates.
- Standard 29mm plates are not compatible with the 50mm sleeves.
